Cornell Kicks Off Historic Hockey Season

Cornell University in Ithaca has announced the start of the hockey season, offering fans a look back at the history and traditions associated with Big Red hockey. An archived feature titled "For the Lynah Faithful, Ice Hockey Is a Matter of Tradition" is available on Cornell’s alumni website, detailing the longstanding importance of the sport to the Cornell community.

Games and other hockey-related activities will take place at Lynah Rink on the university’s campus. The announcement also includes details about local partners involved with Cornell sports.
